Ends Meat

From the very beginning, the team had the privilege of collaborating with an exceptional client named John, who is the owner and founder of Ends Meat. Ends Meat is a full-service butcher shop located at Industry City. John's primary goal was to showcase the entire process of whole animal butchering by creating a showroom-like space. This innovative approach brought customers closer to the product and its production. The team successfully designed a functional and sophisticated space, incorporating above-head meat hooks and large stainless steel rolling tables.

Over the course of five years, the business experienced threefold growth, which led the team to work on multiple iterations of the original space. As a result, the once small butcher shop transformed into a sandwich shop complete with a fully equipped kitchen and a bar, all achieved with minimal downtime. 

The partners contributed to this project as part of their prior employment at Jamestown. Project implementation included creative direction from Jamestown leadership and support from a broader team of designers and creatives employed at the firm.
