An awkward, unfinished corner retail space was transformed into a semi outdoor communal area for the shopping district. The aim was to create the ambiance of an outdoor living room, achieved by utilizing large stone flooring and constructing a faux fireplace. To cover the unfinished ceiling, striped Sunbrella draping was introduced, serving as a cost-effective solution while providing an elevated outdoor atmosphere.

The partners contributed to this project as part of their prior employment at Jamestown. Project implementation included creative direction from Jamestown leadership and support from a broader team of designers and creatives employed at the firm.
