This space serves as a passage from the Atlanta Beltline to Ponce City Market’s Market Hall, with the team introducing a new entrance to elevate its functionality. By strategically aligning faux columns with existing hallway entrances, a sense of symmetry is achieved. Through the careful use of lighting and paint, a circular motif is created, giving the ceilings a domed appearance reminiscent of grand hallways. The addition of arches on the walls further enhances the grand aesthetic. The arches themselves display a collection of custom illustrations by Rasco Ristic.

For the new Market entrance, the goal was to make it a standout feature in the expansive trestle space. This was accomplished by incorporating a white spiral staircase with a prominent lantern positioned at the top. By utilizing a color palette consisting of white and orange, the entrance easily catches the eye and draws people towards the stairs, guiding them down into the Market Hall.

The partners contributed to this project as part of their prior employment at Jamestown. Project implementation included creative direction from Jamestown leadership and support from a broader team of designers and creatives employed at the firm.
